IN THE VANGUARD--Navy Ens. Charlene Albright, one of first eight women officers assigned to sea duty on vessels other than hospital ships or transports, gets media attention on missile test ship Norton Sound in Long Beach. The others reported to non-combat ships at Norfolk, Va., and San Diego. In a few months, 55 women officers and 375 enlisted women will be assigned.
