Clipper Class 1980s in-flight menu
This item is an in-flight menu for passengers flying "Clipper Class." In 1978, Pan Am introduced Business Class on international flights: Pan Am called the product "Clipper Class." There were a series of Clipper Class menus, all featuring one of the airline's iconic aircraft. The one featured on the front of this menu is the Boeing 747, which Pan Am introduced in 1970. Clipper Class was the service level between First Class and Coach.
