  • Description
  • Isaac N. Ebey writes to his brother, Winfield S. Ebey, to report on recent nominations for Delegates to the Washington Territorial Convention. He believes that fifteen delegates are aligned with him, while Governor Isaac I. Stevens has nine and James P. Anderson has only three. He closes the letter with the hope that he and his friends will at least have some political strength in the Territory.
