Drapery fragment, from Lincoln family home

Drapery panel of woven damask material in a vertical floral pattern. Wool and silk. Predominate color burgundy red. Other colors inclucde silver, two shades of gold. Four tears along edges and fourteen holes of varying sizes. L 50 7/8" x W 22 3/8". Four affidavits attest to this drapery hanging in the Lincoln Home while the family was in residence, 1844-1861.
