    This document is Bulletin No. 63 from the Headquarters of the Spruce Production Division, Bureau of Aircraft Production, issued on July 20, 1918. It announces the unanimous adoption by the lumber industry of seven articles which will guarantee certain working and living standards to those working for them. Colonel Brice P. Disque, commanding officer of the Spruce Division, is named prominently in several articles. The office announces its intentions to form the Loyal Legion of Loggers and Lumbermen to carry out some of the provisions named in these articles. Additional instructions are given regarding the organizational structure, and the upcoming conventions in Portland and Spokane. The document emphasizes the need for "harmony, contentment, and prosperity" as an element in the war effort.
