This is a memorandum of the Enforcement of Chinese Exclusion Laws from the Bureau of Immigration and Naturalization. The Bureau stated in the memorandum how the exclusion laws were enforced among the Chinese, Japanese, Hindu, Southern and Southeastern Europeans, and Hebrew immigrants in the United States.
