  • Dedication of a memorial at Tshimakain commemorating the establishment of a mission among the Spokane Indians on these grounds by the Reverends Cushing Eells and Elkanah Walker from Sept. 1838 to Mar. 1848. Unidentified man giving a speech on the front porch of the Eells home . Monument erected by the State Historical Society and the Congregational Churches of Washington. See also photos 1880 and 2607.
