Reasons for attention to health

Notes for a lecture, in the form of a list by Edward Hitchcock enumerating the reasons why people should attend to their health, apparently directed towards the students of Amherst College. He mentions its effect on one's comfort, one's religious character, and one's mind, among other reasons. Hitchcock has written "Amherst College Nov. 1st 1845" on the back.
