  • The Globe was located on the Seattle-Tacoma Highway near the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.     The Globe was located on the Seattle-Tacoma Highway near the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The menu cover is illustrated with a stylized, graphically rendered airplane (1954 Boeing 377 Strato-liner) heading toward Seattle and the airport, which is drawn on the "globe". Other places shown on the globe include China, Japan, Hawaii, California, Mexico, New York and Alaska. Each is represented by an iconic drawing. Several other airplanes are heading in different directions. Inside of the menu offers "A La Carte" items, "Dinner Suggestions," and "Strato-Cruiser Specials" (triple decker sandwiches for $1). A green side bar shows line drawings of favorite cocktails, wine and Champagne. Menu back has drawing of a Strato-cruiser encircling the globe which shows a star at Seattle.PH Coll 617 Series V.
