James H. J. Tate, Mayor of Philadelphia speaks from podium to crowd gathered at dedication ceremony for the Monument to the Six Million Jewish Martyrs located at Benjamin Franklin Parkway and 16th and Arch Streets. Seated to the mayor’s immediate left is Leonard Goldfine and Dalck Feith. The chorus of the Association of Jewish New Americans is seated in front of the stage.
