Sid McHarg, Director, Enterprise Platforms, UW Information Technology wrote: This was filmed at the campus computer center in what is now Wilcox Hall. The computer in question is most likely the IBM 7040/7094, and the tape drives are IBM 729s. This particular computer was used for research and instruction. The individual appearing is the film is probably Dick Vorhees, the operations supervisor.
