- Description
"Most current Mexican cities are not planned with integrated systems or to satisfy the long-term needs of their residents. Rapid urbanization of incoming poor from rural Mexico, chaotic economic expansion and growing automobile dominance have negatively impacted life in urban Mexico. The vision for this new city is to strengthen the Mexican middle class, embrace environmental stewardship and to build a diverse community while comprehensively designing a new seat of government."
