  • Howard W. "Bill" Stephenson, born April 8, 1918 in Monroeville, Indiana to Homer S. and Clara E. (Ruby) Stephenson. He served as a rural letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service for 20 years, retiring in 1980. He also retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after serving with the U.S. Army for 26 years.
