    This FBI report, written by an unidentified agent, describes the letters Gordon Hirabayashi wrote during his time in the Federal Prison Camp #10 in Tucson, Arizona, where he was serving a sentence for the violation of curfew. The report is heavily censored. The agent writes, "It was stated that during the time HIRABASYHI was in the prison camp he caused a great deal of trouble and was also associated with conscientious objectors who are also incarcerated there." The report continues to describe the situation in which Gordon was caught trying to smuggle a letter out of the camp, for which he lost his good time and was placed in Pima County Jail. The letters the agent describes were also written during his time there. "It was noted that one of the letters was addressed to GLENN SMILEY, and he states that he was trying to carry out the statement of three C.O.'s who were beginning their stand of non-cooperation with the prison systems."
