    Meeting minutes include: information regarding a meeting the Business Agent is having with the salmon canning industry on the negotiation and agreements of contracts for that season; the adoption of a recommendation to dispatch cannery workers to independent canneries without a signed contract; discussion regarding a list (yet to be provided) of the canneries that will be open and those that will be closed; discussion regarding a leaflet that was circulated to membership but that also had been secured by the Alaska canning industry thus weakening their bargaining power; discussion regarding trouble within the union and whether the International Union should be called in to solve the problems; a brief history of the union; and discussion on the financing of the Business Agent and his legal problems.
