Police in Redkey, Indiana have released surveillance video of an attempted abduction in a convenience store in Redkey, Indiana. The alleged abductor, Wayne C. Melton, has since checked into Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana for treatment of unspecified mental health problems.; Meals on Wheels of Muncie, Inc. will soon undergo a computer upgrade.
