It seems to be answering a question in regards to Dr. James Naismith's citizenship in the United States. The second sentence states, "Yes, Dr. James Naismith became a citizen of the United States in the District Court of Douglas County, Kansas on May 4th, 1925." It also states that, "He had previously made his declaration on September 11th, 1918". Is part of a scrapbook of Naismith materials, collector unknown, that has been taken out of its binding and the pages separated by archival paper. It is the 26th item in the scrapbook. less
