Minnie Parkhurst was a radical political activist based in Seattle, Washington. She was particularly involved in causes related to pacifism, feminism, socialism, and anarchism. She was corresponded regularly with close friend Louise Olivereau, who was tried and imprisoned for sedition from 1917 to 1920. Though married to Ed Rimer, Parkhurst continued to use her maiden name.
