- Description
This barn was built by Wiley Johnson, one of the “Illinois colony” immigrants to San Marcos who built in the Richland area at the turn of the century. The barn shown here was built on the property of Johnson’s second house in 1905. The house that this barn resides next to has been remodeled several times since it was built making the barn a much more historically accurate structure.
