An original cartoon drawing by Jack Knox, cartoonist for the Nashville Banner newspaper. The drawing depicts presidential candidate, John F. Kennedy dressed in a baseball uniform bearing the slogan,"New Frontier." A black bomb with lit fuse and note saying, "Racial demonstrations - potentially explosive" is tossed in the air as fearful onlookers run away.
