Final Environmental Impact Statement that addresses the envrionmental consequences of building 4,000 housing units in the Walnut Hills Subdivision in western Salt Lake County, Utah. It identifies adverse impacts that will allow the Department of Housing and Urban Development to have insured mortgage commitments for potential homebuyers. Includes several maps. The original print version of this rare report graciously was lent to us by the Western History Dept. of the Denver Public Library under special arrangements in order to digitize for this collection.
