The proposed budget includes new guidelines for schools' spending plans, which would delay most construction projects until winter 2005 or later. If the budget is passed, some schools would need to completely renegotiate or even cancel their planned renovations.; The City of Marion, Indiana hopes to revive its annual Easter pageant after a one-year hiatus. The 2004 Marion Easter Pageant was canceled due to the prohibitive cost of heating and plumbing the venue where the event would have been held.; The Target store in Richmond, Indiana will close permanently on January 29, 2005.
