  • The author describes the trips and routes that King Rama III and King Rama IV traveled from Bangkok to Pathom Chedi in Nakhonpathom province. (Pathom Chedi is one of the greatest and noblest Buddhist pagodas in the country.) In those days, the kings had to travel by boats to pay homage to the pagoda. However, before the end of his reign, the railroad were constructed so King Rama IV could travel to Nakhonpathom by train.
