Achen and Miss Toly were in Washington, D.C., to meet Preseident Johnson after they were named two of the nations's 100 Pressidential Scholars as a result of high achievements in high school studies. Achen is the son of Mrs. Louise E. Achen, 4511 North Madison, Spokane. He attended Gonzaga Prep. Miss Toly, a graduate of West Seattle High School, is the daughter if Mr. and Mrs. Michael T. Toly, 4407 50th SW, Seattle. less
