  • Color portrait of elderly woman seated outside. She wears a scarf around her head, a red and white dress with a black sweater. Wife of Thaddeus Moore, she was born down near the mouth of the old San Poil where it flowed into the Columbia, before the dam was ever thought of. She died in the spring of 1972 at the age of 92 or 93 and was buried at Keller, Washington.
