  • Abe Brenner started his first bakery near King Street Station (ca. 1903) and later moved it to 1803 Yesler Way. After opening the first bakery, he peddled his bread door-to-door with a horse-drawn wagon. Although Brenner preferred the horse and wagon he later replaced them with this delivery truck. Brenner's was later run for many years by Abe's sons (Itsey, Joe and Charlie) and daughter Yetta. The business moved to Bellevue around 1970.Note f... more
