Bonwit Teller window display featuring women's ensembles by the designer Lanz. The background features an abstract mixed media piece by the artist Robert Rauschenberg. The mannequins both wear mid length dresses with puritan collars, jewelry, gloves, heeled shoes and hats. One of them holds a purse. A banner at the bottom of the display reads "Bonwit's young American clothes by Lanz. See the great Spring collection on our Young Seventh Floor. Bonwit's Annual Young American Artists Window Exhibit. Victoria by Robert Rauschenberg, talented artist who has worked with us on window displays."
