    In this cartoon by Clifford Berryman, Nicholas Longworth thinks ahead to the November election. Two years earlier, in the 1928 election, Republicans were elected from normally Democratic districts as part of the national Republican trend. In 1930, however, Longworth predicts that many of these "fluke" Republican seats will be lost.
