The fastest growing areas are construction, non-durable manufacturing and services.; The Indiana State Police will be increasing their presence on I-69 near Redkey, Indiana. The ISP is responding to increasing traffic and traffic accidents between mile markers 32 and 72.; Great Kids Day Care Center in Muncie, Indiana offers free day care for children whose parents are serving active military duty.; Students at North Side Elementary School in Hartford City, Indiana were the recipients of a free fitness clinic hosted by coaches from the WNBA's Indiana Fever. NSES received the clinic for its performance in a state program encouraging fitness in children, which one hundred percent of their student body participated in.; The Muncie Central High School boys' basketball team advanced to the semifinals of the Indiana High School Athletic Association's Class 4A 2004-2005 State Tournament.
