Photographs of the Newhalem Creek Hydroelectric Project, built to provide power for the Skagit River Hydroelectric Project, which includes the Gorge, Diablo and Ross Dams, constructed between 1918-1961. These photographs were taken to Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) standards as part of the Federal Energy and Regulatory Commission's re-licensing of the Skagit River Project, 1987-1989.PH Coll 627.15.
