Description | In this article, the author illustrates the conflict between Prince Ratchaburi and Prince Narathip during the reign of King Rama V. Prince Ratchaburi, who was the Minister of Law, was enraged by the satirical play, ""Paksipakoranam"" written by Prince Narathip. Prince Ratchaburi felt that the play brought a disgrace to his title and family. According to the author, Prince Narathip's ulterior motive in writing the play was his resentment when one of his consorts sought refuge with Prince Ratchaburi. |
