  • Description
  • Curtis writes to W.F. Delebarre of Port Angeles to inquire after a paper he wrote with a new proposal for the Olympic National Park. Curtis writes that he doesn't think "any bill creating a National Park in the Olympics will pass the present congress and I fear that before another session the Monument will be a thing of the past, and that we will never be able to get a National Park.".
