Thornton (foreground - dashed stripe) works at the multipurpose experiment support structure (MPESS) strut dispenser during the construction of Assembly of Station by Extravehicular Activity (EVA) Methods (ASEM) structure in Endeavour's, Orbiter Vehicle (OV) 105's, payload bay (PLB). MS Thomas ``Tom`` Akers (diagonal stripe), positioned on the opposite side of the MPESS, handles one of the struts. The two astronauts are building the ASEM structure during the mission's fourth Extravehicular Activity (EVA). The blue and white Earth is visible below.
