World War II veteran and former Army Air Corps Lieutenant Richard Hank Sciaroni receives congratulations and applause fom Major General Paul D. Monroe, the Adjutant General and Commander of the California National Guard, and United States Representative Anna G. Esho, of the 14th Congressional District, California after receiving the Bronze Star. Rep. Eshoo was instrumental in the effort to award LT. Sciaroni the Bronze Star for his actions during the war.
