A doodle of the word "Elvis" written many times and in different sizes by W. Joseph Carr. Joseph Carr was a noted furniture designer, artist, cartoonist and sculptor from Gardner, Massachusetts. He worked mainly for Heywood-Wakefield as a furniture designer from 1936 till it closed its doors in 1979, but he also did freelance work for other furniture companies and by request for all types of items. Whether this doodle was for a request for a design or for his own a amusement is not known. Is part of the W.
