Cox to visit "East Tennessee at Pleasure" provided he does not "communicate in writing, or verbally, for publication any fact ascertained, which, if known to the enemy might be injurious to the Confederate States of America." Back of form is Oath of Allegiance to CSA signed by W. M. Cox
