This lantern slide was likely used as part of a recruitment presentation developed by the International YMCA College, now known as Springfield College. It advertises that "75% of the students earn from 25% to 75% of their way." The slide also lists the variety of jobs offered, such as athletic tutors, physical education teachers, swimming instructors, life guards, sport officials, and business clerks.
