  • This photograph shows Capt. Charles E.Tileston, Civil War commander of Co. I, 52nd Mass. Infantry, outside his house in the Searsville district of Williamsburg, Mass., about 1900-1902. Seated in his handsome surrey is one of his granddaughters, either Maria Evelyn Bisbee or Inez Wells Bisbee.
