  • Description
  • Luna Park operated from 1907 until 1913, on the northern tip of Alki Beach, in West Seattle. Billed as the “Greatest Amusement Park on the West Coast,” the park borrowed its name from Coney Island’s Luna Park. The park was easily accessible by electric trolley, and drew huge crowds. The major attractions were the rides, including the merry-go-round and roller coast, as well as the saltwater bathing pools – the Natatorium.
