McCormack provides a list of individuals with a report of his recent meeting with Robert and Ann Bass in Fort Worth. He explains that they were intrigued by some of his thoughts about the Van Cliburn Competition. He indicates that it is critical for them to do the production of the Van Cliburn in 1989 as part of their undertaking this marketing effort for them and he requests memos from everyone with their thoughts which would add to his own concepts and be included in a letter to Bass. McCormack explains that he would like to write a letter to Bass before the end of the year.
