Red Cross cigarettes are distributed to released prisoners at Verdun. Prisoners arrive at hdqtrs. in Verdun. Reel 2, Russians and Poles are fed in Verdun. French refugees return to their villages. Shows a refugee encampment on the Meuse River. Gen. Price questions ex-prisoners. Former prisoners entrain at Dun-sur-Meuse.
