Seattle Gay Alliance letter to the public regarding progress made by the gay community of Washington, January 1, 1973
- Seattle Gay Alliance. Political Action Committee
The Seattle Gay Alliance (SGA), formed in 1967, was formerly known as The Dorian Society. The group sought to educate gays and straights about homosexuality, to promote acceptance of gays in the largest society, and to serve as a social organization for gays. Its activities included public speaking, publishing a newsletter, organizing social events, and lobbying the state legislature. SGA was dissolved in 1975.
