Description: Fixed coverage of orbiter touchdown area. Camera at North end of Runway looking north to view orbiter coming toward camera. Place camera 45 Deg of runway center line to view orbiter at an oblique angle. Item will be activated for both a day and night landing. Note: committed only for runway 15 (North to South) landings, however, in the event of an RTLS all POCS contolled camera supporting RTLS will be activated. SCAM required.
