  • Description
  • Seymour Lowman of the Treasury Department writes to Washington State Senator Wesley Jones regarding prohibition officer Roy C. Lyle. Lowman writes that there are no bootlegging charges against Lyle at the time but they "have some pretty bad reports on some of his agents. Lyle evidently has been content to run his office where he has not really acted as Administrator, as he should have done.".
