This photograph is of Springfield College's 1986 women's volleyball team, coached by Tom Hay. During the 1986 season, the team's record was 23-10-0. Hay coached both the men's and women's teams at Springfield College for 22 years (1978-1986). He received the EIVA “Coach Emeritus” Award in 1987, and the New England “Coach-of-the-Year” award in both 1972 and 1974.
