Peter writes, "This memorandum has three purposes: (1) to acquaint those to whom it is addressed with the steps I have taken thus far to explore the possibility of filing petitions for writs of error coram nobis, seeking vacation of the convictions [...] for violations of Public Law 503; (2) to discuss the legal basis for such petitions and the material I have thus far gathered to support such petitions, and to raise topics on which further legal research and factual material might be undertaken and sought; and (3) to ascertain whether those to whom this memorandum is addressed would be willing to support and participate in this effort.". less
