LC Civil War Maps (2nd ed.), 578 Maps indicate "Jackson's flank march showing ultimate position behind R.R. grade," and positions of troops on July 1, Aug. 17, Aug. 20, Aug. 29, sunset Aug. 30, and at the "close of battle," Aug. 30. Maps are accompanied by a list of the "organization" of the opposing forces, "approximate losses, the Rappahannock to the Potomac," and a brief description of the campaign.
