McCormack notes that he met with John W. McGrath and they agreed on the following: that there would no longer be a John Williams McGrath Company, and that he would remain an independent, that McGrath would continue to handle current Jack Nicklaus projects but would phase out of Nicklaus real estate propositions, that McGrath agreed not to compete with McCormack or phase into the McFarland operation, that he would seriously consider moving to Cleveland.
