Lynn Mucha, Director for Psychological Services at the Youth Opportunity Center in Muncie, Indiana, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. The arrest was Mucha's third arrest on criminal charges since 1992.; Cowan Elementary School and Mitchell Elementary School are using wireless technology to communicate with each other in new ways - allowing teachers to stream lesson plans, students to go on electronic field trips, etc.; Renovation efforts on the High Street Bridge in Muncie, Indiana are continuing despite the cold and rainy weather.; Hills Floral Group, the largest floral distributor in the United States, is preparing for Valentine's Day 2005. HFG estimates that they will send out over 4 million flowers this week alone.; Muncie Mission Ministries held its Walk a Mile fundraiser.
