Old Meany Hall, University of Washington, ca. 1910
Meany Hall was built in 1908 to serve as the auditorium for the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition. It was demolished in 1965 after suffering extensive damage in an earthquake.Handwritten on verso: Built for A.Y.P. ~1909.Typed label on verso: Auditorium, a permanent brick and steel structure that reverts to the University of Washington.Filed in: UW - Meany Hall (Old) (#463).
